myLot Discussions| Bizarre news article; sex with a picnic table | | BELLEVUE, Ohio -- Felony indecency charges against a Bellevue man accused of lewd behavior on a deck behind his house have been dismissed, the Toledo Blade reported.Police said a neighbor in Bellevue videotaped Art Price having sex -- termed as "relations" -- with his picnic table on four separate occasions.Price was charged with four counts of public indecency.Usually misdemeanors, the charges were felonies in this case because Price lives within view of an elementary school and the alleged acts could have been seen by a minor, NewsChannel5 reported.According to the Toledo Blade, Huron County Prosecutor Russell Leffler said the evidence didn't support felony charges and other charges could be filed. | |
| | Man arrested for having sex with a picnic table | | Ok I couldn't post this just anywhere because this is just to sick but its true.http://www.fox19.com/Global/story.asp?S=8083860&nav=menu63_2This is one of those headlines that you have to read and re-read and then read the story because you can't believe it...But this man from Ohio was caught on tape for having sex with a picnic table>Bellevue Police Captain Matt Johnson says Art Price, Jr., 40, was seen on four occasions between the hours of 10:30 a.m. and noon having sex with his picnic table. What makes this a felony, Johnson says, is that it took place in close proximity to a school, which made it likely that children could have seen Price. <I can not believe that this man is this sick and would do this in such proximity that children could possibly see him doi this.I can't believe someone was that desperate to have sex that he needed a picnic table, this really beats the vacuum cleaner story that I posted about a month ago....The man has been charged with 4 felonies of public indecency. These charges are normally misdemeanors but this guy is special they are felonies, This man is married with 3 kids and neighbors are worried about his... | |

| | Music on a Sunday | | Music on a Sunday(not intentionally an indie title...)I was driving home from making a quick errand this Sunday afternoon when I heard a song that I really liked on the radio. I quickly roll the volume dial to the right. I could tell that Ireally liked the song because at that moment, I had become something quite similar to a dashboard bobblehead doll, into the beat, completely carefree, and totally unconcerned about my ridiculousness. Due to my foolish behavior, I undoubtedly appeared slightly insane to any fellow drivers on their weekend outing, restlessly waiting for the traffic light to change; however, the oversized, annular sunglasses I was wearing, along with my showy faux fur hooded jacket, probably helped altar their perception a bit, making me appear like an overexposed, D-lister celebrity recording a 99 cent album while driving in a rental that was, unfortunately, the only rental available upon notice in this humdrum town. I could've just said I looked like Paris Hilton, but that wouldn't have been any fun... (plus I have a word limit to reach here)Anyway, I was singing along to this song, filling in the unknown parts with hums,... | |
| | What do I do? | | I need advice. I only have half a can of formula left to last a week and a half until I can use my next WIC check. Usually we have enough each month. but my husband took the kids to the park yesterday and somehow left a can of formula on the picnic table at lunch time and it was gone when he went back to get it. In addition I could use a pack of diapers... I already got my freebies around where I live, So. What do I do? | |
| | Think Spring - Think Picnic Table | | Well, I am really getting tired of all this cold weather. I am ready for spring to arrive. Are you bored from being cooped up in the house yet? I love spring. Each year, we have a large group at our home for Easter Dinner. My husband usually throws together a few sturdy picnic tables for them to set at. These tables along with our current seating are always filled. I thought that now may be a good time to share the Instructions on building a sturdy wooden picnic Table. Winter is a good time for these kinds of projects because you are cooped up in the house due to the weather. It is good to get out and do something constructive. This project that can be completed in a day. It will look great in your yard or on your patio. Homemade picnic tables are an attractive addition to your landscape. This project is very rewarding. Everyone will love it. Be warned, neighbors will hint at you to make them one.:) You can find the pattern complete with material list here:

| | Surprise in our Umbrella! | | For a few weeks, I've been noticing droppings on our picnic table... I kept telling DH "there's some kind of rodent thing hanging out on the table." Since our house borders conservation land, we didn't think much of it - just hosed down the table and forgot about it. Well, we didn't really forget, we were curious about WHAT kind of creature would be bold enough to sit on our picnic table, that is ON our deck, right off the kitchen?? Be bold enough to sit there long enough to do it's business...Well we found out yesterday because we opened up the umbrella that hangs over the table. IT WAS A BAT!! He was living in the closed up umbrella - probably a great place for him to be - there is always tons of moths, grasshoppers and spiders living up in there! I didn't get to see it, my DH has the job of opening the umbrella... he said it was rather big, but still probably just a fruit bat. He came calling me to get a net - he wanted to show our son (who's 4). I'm sort of glad it got away before he could see it... but you could actually SEE the disappointment on DH face that he didn't catch it to show our son...Anyone ever been surprised by... | |
| | Fourth of July | | I would like to wish all of you a happy Fourth of July and offer a special "Thank You" to all of our service members and veterans who make our freedom possible! When I was a kid, we used to have bottle rocket wars and it was a hoot to sneak up on an unsuspecting person and light a firecracker under their shoe! We also had real M80's which were the equivalent of a quarter stick of dynamite! In those days, an M80 lit and tossed into a body of water resulted in a spectacular geyser followed by floating fish which were ready to be scooped up, taken home and cooked! And who could forget the old M80 in the watermelon trick! It never failed that one of the ladies would decide that watermelons make great centerpieces and casually place the unsuspecting melon over the umbrella hole in the picnic table, thus providing easy access to mischevious little boys lurking underneath! With a jack knife to carve out a plug and a little push of the finger, the melon became a fruit bomb! It was best to wait to light it until everyone was seated at the picnic table and ready to eat, then, BOOM! I can still see old aunt whosis picking watermelon seeds out of her hair! Yeah, okay, I know,... | |
| | Road Rage at the Park | | We took the kids to the park the other week. We were having a nice day until we went to the picnic area. At the picnic area there was a little playground and some other things for the kids to play on. As I was getting our lunch out, I heard a lady in a big truck cursing at another older lady for taking her parking spot in the parking lot. I didn't see what happened but from what I gather the lady in the truck was waiting for the spot and this elderly lady swung right into the spot. Now I can understand the lady in the truck being upset but this woman starting dropping the F bomb right away and nonstop at this other lady. She got out of the truck and was banging her fist on the woman's car window and told her to move her car out of the spot. All the while she kept cursing at her and threating to fight her. Finally, the elderly lady in the car moved her car and the crazy lady in the truck got her spot. I felt really bad for all of the kids that had to hear and see this nonsense going on. Luckily my kids were playing at the playground and didn't notice this incident. Unfortunately an elderly man sitting at the picnic table next to me was with his grandson and had to explain why the... | |
