Mumble Meets his Coasters

Just saw this posted on another blog and had to share!
About a month ago I got a custom order for three coasters and they had to look like this little bird named Mumble:


They were to be a surprise for Bobbi's birthday and it looks like they were a big hit! Not sure why Mumble growls at them... check out Bobbi's Blog to see how Mumble's coasters turned out!

Saturday Odds & Ends

I took a break from custom orders today to work on a few little projects. More 'bitten' gingerbread ornaments, a few 'Christmas in my Heart' charms, and an update on an older sculpture I've been meaning to work on - 'Bernard the Angel'.



Tomorrow I'll photograph everything and get it listed in my ETSY shop!

A Dark Fairy

This is the first fairy I've ever done. I wanted to use purple and black and the fairy needed to be cute but with a strange dark, goth quality. I'm not sure I pulled it off but it was fun experimenting!

The Moose is Loose!

Sometimes I don't think enough about a project before I agree to take it on. This is one of those times. Not only is it incredibly hard to flatten a moose - making (and attaching) those antlers turned out to be a major ordeal! LOL!

Once Bitten - The Gingerbread Ornaments

After I made the Gingerbread Man coaster I knew I'd have to make a set of Gingerbread ornaments as well... I DID NOT bite off the gingerbread parts myself (That's what the Elves are for...). Don't worry - the package said non-toxic!
