| SAME DAY DISPATCH ALL ORDERS PROCESSED BY 12pm WILL be dispatched the same day. As long as your payment has cleared, your order will be packed and dispatched that day. We only use ROYAL MAIL, so your order can be tracked and most importantly given first class attention. We don't try and cut corners with unreliable couriers and carriers. Orders will only be dispatched when funds are clear we do not offer accounts.
DUE TO THE CURRENT GLOBAL FINANCIAL CONDITIONS iLUVm HAVE LIFTED OUR ALREADY LOW MINIMUM ORDER VALUE TO JUST £20. We hope that our support will enable our customers to maintain stocks in very difficult trading conditions. All orders of £20 or more can be processed on line and will not be subject to any additional handling charges. The reduced minimum order quantity continues to the end of 2008. We would like to thank our loyal customers for their continued support during these tough times. We will endeavour to maintain our high standard of support and continue to raise the quality of our jewellery - not our prices.
Please note that as from the 1st March all orders under £150 plus VAT will be charged £5.50 for post and packing, this is due to ever increasing post office fees. All orders below £50 will be subject to a £5.00 handling fee with out any exception. Orders will only be dispatched when funds are clear we do not offer accounts.
